Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 16-11-625(A)(2)(c), as contained in SECTION 1, page 2, by deleting subitem (c) and inserting:

/      (2)(c)      the procedure by which the person may appeal the warning to the library board of trustees, which must provide a hearing within two business days of the warning's issuance.            /
