Reference is to the bill as introduced.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 8-13-1120(G), as contained in SECTION 2, page 5, beginning on line 32, by striking the first paragraph of subsection (G) and inserting:
/ (G) the source and type of any income received in the previous year by the filer or a member of his immediate family. This subsection does not include income received pursuant to: /
Amend the bill further, Section 8-13-1120(H), as contained in SECTION 2, page 6, lines 6 through 22, by striking lines 6 through 22 and inserting:
/ (H)
the source, type, and amount of any income
received in the previous year by the filer, a member of his
immediate family, or a business with which the filer is
associated from:
(1)
a direct contractual or
employment relationship to include consulting, acting as an
independent contractor, salary, or any other arrangement from
which payment in return for services or goods is made by a
lobbyist principal, as defined in Section 2-17-10, to a filer, a
member of his immediate family, or a business with which the
filer is associated;
(2)
direct payment from any
governmental source to include federal sources, state sources,
or sources that are political subdivisions of this State;
(3)
any source funded in whole
or in part by a direct appropriation approved by the entity with
which the filer serves to the filer, a member of his immediate
family, or a business with which the filer is associated.

Amend the bill further, Section 8-13-1120, as contained in SECTION 2, beginning after line 31, page 6, by adding subsection (I) at the end to read:
/ (I) for purposes of this section, income means anything of value received, which must be reported on any form used by the Internal Revenue Service for the reporting or disclosure of income received by an individual or a business. /
