Amend the bill, as and if amended, in SECTION 3, by striking Section 16-25-30(E) and inserting:
/ " (E) Subsection (A) applies to:
(1) persons convicted of violating Section 16-25-20(C) for a period of five years from the date the person completes the domestic violence sentence, probation, or parole;
(2) persons convicted of violating Section 16-25-20(B) or 16-25-65 for a period of ten years from the date the person completes the domestic violence sentence, probation, or parole; and
(3) persons subject to a protection order referenced in subsection (A) only during the lifetime of the order." /
Renumber sections to conform.
