Senator MALLOY proposed the following amendment (475R010.KM.GM):
    Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, page 3, by striking lines 6 and 7 and inserting:

/     Education and Public Works Committee;
        (5)     one member from the state at large appointed by the Governor; and
        (6)     one member of the university's faculty appointed by the Governor.         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
