Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 364, paragraph 1.75, line 4, by inserting after "local district":
/or statewide transition funds available/

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 364, paragraph 1.75, line 6, by striking:/the school district's allotment of transition funds,/

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 364, paragraph 1.75, line 6, by inserting after "transition funds":
/available, then funds/
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
