Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 1a, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - EIA, page 376, paragraph 1A.28, line 27, by striking /total hours of attendance/ and inserting /number of students making an educational gain/
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
