Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 1a, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - EIA, page 391, paragraph 1A.69, lines 34-35, by striking /from the funds appropriated in Part IA, Section XI - South Carolina Public Charter School - Institution of Higher Education/ and inserting /funding as appropriated by the General Assembly/
