EXPLANATION: direct dor to establish a schedule for angel investors tax credit applications
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 109,
DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, page 518, after line 14, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(DOR: Angel Investors) The Department of Revenue shall
use funds authorized by this act to establish a schedule for
investors pursuing credits provided for in Chapter 44 of Title
11, of the 1976 Code, that includes the ability to submit
applications until July 31, 2015, or the date the credit cap is
reached as determined by the department, whichever is
earlier./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
