EXPLANATION: Provide $3,557,000 non-recurring funding to offset recovery costs associated with the Winter Storm Pax and direct how the funds are to be distributed

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 575, after line 33, by adding appropriately numbered items to read:
/(            ) D50 - Department of Administration
           Winter Storm Pax Recovery Costs
           $3,557,000
( .1) Of the funds appropriated above for the Winter Storm Pax Recovery Costs, $3,300,000 shall be allocated to Aiken County; $24,000 shall be allocated to Edgefield County; $2,000 shall be allocated to Saluda County; and $231,000 shall be allocated to the City of Aiken. /
