Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 11, COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION, page 411, after line 14, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(CHE: Suspension of CHE Authority) Chapter 103 of Section 59 of the 1976 Code shall be suspended for Fiscal Year 2015-16./

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
