EXPLANATION: reduce trident tec aeronautical training center from $5m to $500k and add new item for greenville tec for center for mfg innovation for $4.5m

Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, Section 1, page 2, line 12, opposite /Aeronautical Training Center/ by striking /$5,000,000/ and inserting /$500,000/

Amend the joint resolution further, as and if amended, page 6, after line 5, by adding an appropriately numbered item to read:
