Senator MASSEY proposed the following amendment (675R001.EB.ASM):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 4, by striking lines 5-6 and inserting:

/         (a)     three four nonrepresentative members appointed by the Governor;: two nonrepresentative members and two representative members chosen from active, contributing members or retired members of SCRS or the Police Officers Retirement System;             /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
