Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 63, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, page 490, after line 23, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/63. (DPS: Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy) From the funds appropriated to the Department of Public Safety, the department shall continue its partnership with the Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy as it existed prior to 2014 and shall develop a memorandum of understanding to govern this partnership /
