Rep. QUINN proposes the following Amendment No. 2 to S. 379 (COUNCIL\NL\379C005.NL.SD15):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION after SECTION 66 to read:

/      SECTION __.            Section 12-60-2535 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

     "Section 12-60-2535.      A taxpayer may appeal to the county board of assessment appeals the county assessor's decision as to the valuation of a parcel of real property in any year the real property value has been determined by the county assessor and not just in years of countywide reassessment."            /
