Senators L. MARTIN, PEELER, DAVIS, MASSEY, GROOMS, CAMPSEN propose the following amendment (BBM\4266C002.BBM.DG15):

    Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by adding an appropriately lettered subsection at the end to read:

/     (C)     In addition to the provisions of Part 1B of Act 286 of 2014 which are continued by this section, there is added an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

    84.___.     (DOT: Sunset Suspended)     The provisions of Section 6 of Act 114 of 2007 are suspended for Fiscal Year 2015-2016. This proviso shall remain effective for the entirety of Fiscal Year 2015-2016 regardless of the effective date of the general appropriations act for Fiscal Year 2015-2016. /
