Senator LEATHERMAN proposed the following amendment (4266R001.EB.HKL):
    Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, page 1, by striking lines 38-39 and inserting:

/         the amount required by law.
    (C)     In addition to the provisions of Part 1B of Act 286 of 2014 which are continued by this section, there is added an appropriately numbered proviso to read:
        84.___.     (DOT: Sunset Suspended)     The provisions of Section 6 of Act 114 of 2007 are suspended for Fiscal Year 2015-2016.                 /
