EXPLANATION: Directs how the facility assessment funds will be spent.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1,
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 288, after line 20, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(SDE: Facilities Tracking System and Assessment
Assistance) Funds appropriated to the
Department of Education for facilities assessment shall be used
to compile information regarding facilities and maintenance
needs of each school district. Charter schools must be included.
