Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 34, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, page 358, after line 27, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/ 34. (DHEC: Coastal Zone Boundary) Of the funds appropriated, the Department of Health and Environmental Control shall report to the General Assembly by January 1, 2017, with an initial recommendation to revise the coastal zone boundary, and the study shall begin with Dorchester County. /

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
