Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 1 and inserting:

/      SECTION      1.      Chapter 152, Title 59 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

     "Section 59-152-15.      The South Carolina First Steps to School Readiness is reauthorized until July 1, 2018."            /
