Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 3, by striking lines 28-39 and inserting:
/ (10) the source, type, and amount or value of income received by the filer from any source, and the source, date, and amount of honoraria from any source, received during the preceding calendar year, aggregating $200 or more in value and the source, date, and amount of payments made to charitable organizations in lieu of honoraria. The amount or value of such income is shall listed as:
(i) not more than $1,000,
(ii) greater than $1,000 but not more than $2,500,
(iii) greater than $2,500 but not more than $5,000,
(iv) greater than $5,000 but not more than $15,000,
(v) greater than $15,000 but not more than $50,000,
(vi) greater than $50,000 but not more than $100,000,
(vii) greater than $100,000 but not more than $1,000,000,
(viii) greater than $1,000,000 but not more than $5,000,000, or
(ix) greater than $5,000,000.
This does not include income received pursuant to: a court order; a savings, checking, or brokerage account with a bank, savings and loan, or other licensed financial institution which offers savings, checking or brokerage accounts in the ordinary course of its business and on terms and interest rates generally available to a member of the general public without regard to status as a filer; or a mutual fund or similar fund in which an investment company invests its shareholders' money in a diversified selection of securities; /
