Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 109, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, page 461, after line 34, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/109.__ (DOR: Redevelopment Fees) Redevelopment fees remitted to the applicable redevelopment authority pursuant to Section 12-10-88(C) shall be extended to the end of the fiscal year. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
