    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 34, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, page 367, proviso 34.48, lines 20-21, by striking /34.48.     (DHEC: Birthing Center Inspections) For this fiscal year, birthing centers, accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Birth Centers on or before July 1, 2014, must register an on-call agreement and any transfer policies with the Department of Health / and inserting /34.48.     (DHEC: Birthing Center Inspections) For this fiscal year, birthing centers, accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Birth Centers on or before July 1, 2014, must register an on-call agreement and any transfer policies with the Department of Health /
