    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 508, proviso 117.136 (Sentencing Reform Oversight Committee Reauthorization, line 20, by striking / DELETED / and inserting
/ The Sentencing Reform Oversight Committee established by Chapter 28 of Title 24 of the 1976 Code is reauthorized for Fiscal Year 2016-17, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 24-28-20(c). /    
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
