    Amend the committee report, as and if amended, page [3440-12], by striking lines 12-14 and inserting:

/         dollars nor more than fifty not more than one hundred dollars and, upon conviction of a second or subsequent offense, must be fined not less than fifty not more than four hundred dollars nor more than             /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
