Rep. COBB-HUNTER proposes the following Amendment No. 6 to S. 626 (COUNCIL\BBM\626C005.BBM.DG16):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

/      SECTION      ___.      Section 12-6-3460 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding an appropriately lettered subsection to read:

     "( )      To be eligible to claim the credit allowed by this section, the taxpayer must agree to provide recycling receptacles, and associated recycling services, for use on the capitol complex."
