Senator SCOTT proposed the following amendment (JUD4579.005):
    Amend the committee report, as and if amended, page [4579-3], by striking lines 40-41, in Section 8-13-1314(A)(1)(c), as contained in SECTION 5, and inserting therein the following:

/         (c)     four thousand in the case of a candidate for the State Senate; or
            (d)     one two thousand dollars in the case of a candidate for any other office;         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
