Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 59-59-175, as contained in SECTION 1, by adding an appropriately lettered subsection at the end to read:

/      ( )      The provisions of this section expire five years after its effective date unless the General Assembly by law extends its provisions.            /

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend title to conform.
