EXPLANATION: Deletes the suspension of Section 12-24-95, the state deed recording fee.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 53, S.C. CONSERVATION BANK, page 379, paragraph 53.1, lines 31 - 32, by striking:/For Fiscal Year 2017-18, the provisions of Section 12-24-95 of the 1976 Code are suspended./

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
