EXPLANATION: directs $700,000 of the $82m appropriated for hurricane matthew fema match to the town of nichols.

Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, page 2, after line 25, by inserting an appropriately numbered section to read:
/ SECTION __. Of the funds appropriated in Section 1, item (1) for Hurricane Matthew FEMA Match, $700,000 must be distributed to the Town of Nichols for costs associated with damages caused by Hurricane Matthew./
Renumber items and sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
