Senators SHEHEEN, MALLOY proposed the following amendment (SA\3516C006.BH.AHB17):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

/     SECTION     ___.         A.         Article 5, Chapter 6, Title 12 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

    "Section 12-6-650. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the tax imposed pursuant to Section 12-6-510 is repealed beginning after tax year 2017."

    B.         This section takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to tax years after 2017.     /
