Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking all after the enacting words and inserting the following:
/SECTION 1. Act 432 of 1947, as last amended by Act 105 of 2013, is further amended by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:
"SECTION ( ). The Master Affiliation Agreement and Lease entered into by the Greenville Health System Board of Trustees, and provisions contained therein regarding the management and lease of system assets for a period of one hundred years, is hereby ratified by the Greenville County Legislative Delegation."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor. /
