EXPLANATION: Reduce Sea Grant Consortium appropriations by a total of $50,000 to be redirected to the Local Government Fund.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 48, SEA GRANT CONSORTIUM, page 140, line 4, opposite /Classified Positions/ by decreasing the amounts in Columns 3 and 4 by:

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 48, SEA GRANT CONSORTIUM, page 140, line 16, opposite /Employer Contributions/ by decreasing the amounts in Columns 3 and 4 by:
     Column 3      Column 4
     12,500      12,500

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
