    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 1, by striking line 29 and inserting:

    /         with a spouse, by a person with a brain or spinal cord injury, or by a person who uses a prosthetic device, two         /
Amend the bill further, as and if amended, page 1, by striking line 36 and inserting:

    /         of the person who qualifies for the exemption, and the person must use a prosthetic device or         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
