Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 533, line 5, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 118.__. (SR: Prohibits Publicly Funded Consultants) Without prior approval from the State Fiscal Accountability Authority, all state agencies, institutions, and local governmental entities, including, but not limited to, counties, municipalities, and associations, are prohibited from using public funds to employ the former head of a state agency for consulting on subject matter related to the scope of the person's employment as an agency head. /
