Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 54, RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY, page 395, line 28, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 54.__. (RIA: Water Infrastructure Projects) If a political subdivision, as defined in Section 11-35-310(23), receives funds from the Rural Infrastructure Authority for a water infrastructure project, any political subdivision's procurement involving an expenditure of those funds shall comply with the provisions contained in Sections 11-35-2610, 11-35-2730, and 11-35-2750 and regulation 19-445.2140 in the same manner as a governmental body, as defined in Section 11-35-310(18). /

Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
