Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 523, after line 19, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ (GP: Constitutional Officer Supplement) In addition to the amounts appropriated in Part 1.A. pursuant to Section 1-1-1210 for the salary of the Superintendent of Education, Commissioner of Agriculture, Attorney General, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Comptroller General, State Treasurer, and Adjutant General, beginning on January 9, 2019, and for the remainder of the fiscal year, each officer shall receive an annualized salary supplement which must be paid from the funds appropriated to each respective agency. The annualized supplement is equal to: Governor $64,542, Lieutenant Governor $28,320. The annualized supplement for Superintendent of Education, Commissioner of Agriculture, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Comptroller General, State Treasurer, and Adjutant General is equal to $55,981. /
