Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 47-3-630, as contained in SECTION 2, by adding the following paragraph at the end:

\      Notwithstanding another provision of law, a person who is seventeen years old or less may not be charged with a violation of Section 47-3-610, 47-3-620, or 47-3-630.            \
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend title to conform.
