    Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, page 2, line 19, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:

    /         SECTION     __.     The Public Service Commission must make a prudency determination regarding the proposed merger between SCANA Corporation and Dominion Energy, Incorporated, prior to approving the transaction as requested in docket 2017-370-E.         /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
