The Committee on Medical Affairs proposed the following amendment (VR\4117C001.CC.VR18):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 44-53-1650(D)(9) and inserting:

/                 (9)     the presiding judge of a drug court, probate court, or circuit court, pertaining to a specific case involving a designated person."         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
