The Committee on Medical Affairs proposed the following amendment (4486):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, beginning on page 16 by striking lines 40-43, and on page 17 by striking lines 1-2 and inserting:
/             Section 44-61-830.     (A)(1)     The executive, legislative, and judicial branches of state government in each member state shall enforce this compact and take all actions necessary and appropriate to effectuate the compact's purposes and intent.                         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
