Rep. KING proposes the following Amendment No.     to H.5201 as introduced by Ways & Means

EXPLANATION: Public colleges in the state shall not charge an application fee to domiciled individuals applying for undergraduate admission.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 530, after line 28, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/(GP:Domiciled application Fee)For the current fiscal year public institutions of higher learning in the state shall not charge an application fee to an applicant for admission who is considered domiciled in South Carolina under the provisions of Section 59-112-20 of the 1976 Code./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
