Rep. Wetmore proposes the following amendment (LC-474.AHB0496H):

Amend the Bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Child support will be automatic based on the time a physician determines the existence of a fetal heartbeat.
