Rep. King and Bamberg proposes the following amendment (LC-474.DG0903H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTIONX. Medicaid must cover the cost of pregnancy tests for all people in this State. Drug stores shall provide the tests for free and shall be reimbursed by Medicaid. A person may receive up to five tests for each visit.
