    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 1-11-720, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ENTITIES WHOSE EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS, SO AS TO CLARIFY THAT THE DIVISION ON AGING IS UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES RATHER THAN UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR; AND TO AMEND SECTION 9-1-10, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS USED IN THE SOUTH CAROLINA RETIREMENT SYSTEM, SO AS TO AMEND THE DEFINITION OF "EMPLOYEE" AND "EMPLOYER" SO AS TO INCLUDE EMPLOYEES OF LOCAL COUNCILS ON AGING IN THE STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
