S 1079 General Bill, By M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-9-555 so as to provide that the certificate of insurance or written certificate specified by Sections 56-9-540(1) and 56-9-550 is not required for failure to pay taxes or to pay a traffic ticket or in the event of suspension of a driver's license because of the failure to pay taxes or to pay a traffic ticket, and to provide for the circumstances under which the certificate of insurance or written certificate may be required.
