    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 25-21-20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VETERANS' TRUST FUND, SO AS TO ELIMINATE THEIR FUNCTION OF SERVING AS AN ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO THE VETERANS' AFFAIRS DIVISION; AND TO AMEND SECTION 25-21-30, RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND SECTION 25-21-40, RELATING TO THE DISBURSEMENT FUNDS FROM THE VETERANS' TRUST FUND, BOTH SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IS AUTHORIZED TO DECIDE HOW MONIES IN THE FUND MUST BE DISBURSED.
