A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-67-55 so as to provide that a person may not be charged with a violation of any provision of Title 44 if the violation resulted from the deposit of any manmade products on the property of the person without his knowledge, and to provide a procedure for the person to use if he is to avail himself of the provisions of this Section.
