    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-515, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE UNLAWFUL USE, SALE, OR ISSUANCE OF A DRIVER'S LICENSE, AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS PROVISION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO PRODUCE OR POSSESS A COUNTERFEIT DRIVER'S LICENSE OR IDENTIFICATION CARD, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION.
