    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-17-505 so as to prohibit any person under the age of eighteen from smoking or using tobacco products on school property except in designated areas provided for teachers, employees, and visitors and to provide penalties for violations.
