A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-1-147 so as to require a person to submit a certificate from the Department of Health and Environmental Control that as a result of a blood test he is free of any communicable disease and the HTLV-III antibody before he may be employed by a food service or food processing establishment and to provide penalties.
